Well, that was quite a weekend!

We’re still floating on the adrenalin and the inspiring joy that community and creativity bring.

The inaugural Montreux Jazz Festival Franschhoek concluded on a high note, drawing strong attendance across its three-day programme and culminating in a sold-out close, as momentum built steadily through the valley.

We’d like to thank every single one of you for being there, for sharing your joy, your energy and your good wishes.

You will always be able to say, “I was there! I was at the first Montreux Jazz Festival Franschhoek when we shook the mountains and danced up the dust.”

To the artists, you were everything. You lead us, you showered us with talent, grace and generosity. To the teams who worked so hard to bring it together – firsts are hardest but it’s in the bag and will only get better from here.

To the people of Franschhoek, thank you for welcoming us and to the wonderful partners who made it all happen.
